Your first memories aren't of the portal that brought you or the force that propelled you into it. In fact, you may not even remember where, or what you were doing before you first woke up in Eden- a version of Chicago, Illinois in 1989, that, until your arrival (and those Travelers like you) didn't have mutants. In fact, for all appearances, Eden is a kind of a paradise away from the normal marvel worlds and incarnations of Earth. But why were you brought here? To seek a paradise of peace? Did you die during some battle only to awaken, instead, in one of many starting locations- with nothing but you had on you when you left your original world? The only clue given to you is a card, giving a clue to a location that may hold answers.

Do you accept the paradise before you? Or are you savvy enough to know that something deeper is going on? Do you want to go home to those who love you or is this paradise, a haven from a war-torn world you left behind- too good to give up? Is Eden worth fighting for?


Eden is a Marvel/Mutant focused RPG board set in Chicago, 1989. This is a free form; sandbox based RPG with a storytelling staff available to help people craft stories that help their characters grow and develop. Canon characters and original characters to the Marvel universe are welcome. We are just starting out, so until March 1st, all characters will “start” the same day, Christmas Eve, 1989.
